NOECA provides comprehensive videoconferencing and distance learning services to schools, colleges, and educational agencies that are partners of the NOECA video distance learning consortium. These entities utilize IP videoconferencing systems to supplement and enhance traditional classroom teaching by sharing content among partners, sharing content with educators from all over the United States, and importing live presentations from content providers and other resources beyond the normal reach of the schools.
